Conni Mansaw, M. Ed.

Conni Mansaw is the founder of CM Consulting and Development Services, a leadership training organization with the mission to bring leadership development to organizations and individuals through customized training and keynote speaking. Conni is a premier communicator and team-building coach, providing effective, efficient, and engaging leadership training opportunities that address the need to recruit, retain and obtain skills to “lead up” to great leadership.

Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Conni is a wife, mother, and active community member. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, Junior League of Wichita, St. Mark United Methodist Church, Phenomenal Women of WSU Mentor, Wichita Professional Communicators, Newman University Alumni Board, Wichita Independent Business Association, Kansas Birth Equity Network Advisory Board. She serves as an Executive Board Member of Sistah's Can We Talk, Her Inspiration Board member, and mentor for The Thread: A Women’s Leadership Collective.

Conni earned her Bachelor of Arts at Wichita State University in Gerontology, and Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Development, and is currently a candidate for the Doctorate of Business Administration while serving as the Senior Development Officer for Institutional Advancement at Newman University.
